Purpose
To respond to your requests for information about vehicles, manage contacts and appointments and provide customer service, including the artificial intelligence voice assistant (Carmen), whose conversations may be recorded and transcribed in order to improve the service.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you provide your data in the form or when you start a conversation with Carmen.
Data processed
Name, phone number, email and the content of your enquiry or call.
Retention
Your data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest or for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients and data processors
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed solely, on behalf of the controller and under a data processing agreement, by the technology providers required to deliver the service:
· Vapi and the providers of the artificial intelligence model (OpenAI, Anthropic) and voice transcription (Deepgram): operation of the Carmen assistant (voice and chat).
· Resend: sending the notification emails and the conversation transcripts.
· Netlify: website hosting.
International transfers. These providers are located in the United States, so the processing may involve an international transfer of data. This transfer is carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Data may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation to do so.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to autosfelea@gmail.com or info@generalcars.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
